Haute Arabia Tip: For healthier blood pressure and arteries, use smaller amounts of salt in your Ramadan dishes! Worried about the taste? Add an extra pinch of herbs, spices and seasonings.

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
